Manage your subscription

Where you manage LockIN Pro depends on where you bought it.

Purchased on the web

Manage subscriptions purchased on the web through our billing portal, hosted by Stripe: update your payment method, switch plans, cancel, or download invoices.

You will be asked for the email you used at checkout and sent a secure sign-in link.

Purchased in the app

Apple and Google handle billing for in-app subscriptions, so changes are made in your phone’s settings.

iPhone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions
  3. Choose LockIN to change or cancel

Android

  1. Open the Google Play app
  2. Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  3. Choose LockIN to change or cancel
